Our Philosophy
Everything is made up of energy, including every person on the planet. When the body’s own
energy system returns to a state of balance, it can lead to increased health and well-being.
The human energy system is holistic, meaning that our emotions, beliefs, thoughts, and
experiences all influence our state of health. Energy work helps to interpret any signs and
symptoms in the body in order to bring balance to the entire system and to stimulate the
body’s own intrinsic ability to heal.
Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday: 9 am - 5 pm

Insight offers both in-person and distance appointments. Your body and energy system will respond equally well whether you choose to come to the Insight office or to connect by phone or Zoom from the comfort of your own home.
For distance appointments, you will need a quiet space where you can focus and relax without interruption for the duration of the call.

A Note From Insight's Consultant
While perusing the World’s Biggest Bookstore in Toronto in the early 1990’s, I was intrigued by
a book called Hands of Light by Barbara Brennan. The system of healing presented in the book
was foreign to me, but since the author was an atmospheric physicist at NASA, I thought there
must be something to it. Reading Hands of Light completely changed my perspective as I
learned that energy medicine has its roots in quantum physics, electromagnetic field theory,
applied kinesiology, psychology and ancient healing and spiritual traditions.
Energy medicine honours the body’s wisdom and intrinsic ability to heal itself. With this
realization, I started to get excited about what energy medicine can do and how people can take
charge of their own experience and their own healing.

For over 30 years I have continued to expand my learning by studying various energy
modalities, natural and homeopathic medicine, holistic healing, and mind and body techniques
such as meditation and yoga. Currently, I am a doctoral candidate in Energy Medicine at Holos
University in Missouri, and expect to graduate in 2023.

At Insight, we connect with your body’s wisdom and interpret what your symptoms mean to
you. Our holistic approach helps to identify and balance emotional, mental and spiritual
contributors to illness in order to effect a comprehensive approach to healing. The results,
when as individual is committed to their healing process, can be nothing short of astounding.
